They look yellow/orange, but also have small red/black dots in the middle.

Actually it does, compared to the original photos, it's looking good! Keep doing what you are doing, also keep it clean and wrapped. Bumblefoot takes about 4 to 5 weeks to completely heal before you can stop with the bandages. Great job!@TwoCrows
Does this look like it’s healing?
Thank you so much!Actually it does, compared to the original photos, it's looking good! Keep doing what you are doing, also keep it clean and wrapped. Bumblefoot takes about 4 to 5 weeks to completely heal before you can stop with the bandages. Great job!
As for how to prevent it from happening, all you can do is make sure the roost bars are smooth, no poky things. Low roost bars, soft bedding. The area they free range isn't full of cactus or thorny vegetation. Birds that have weak immune systems or are lacking enough vitamin A are prone to thin skin on the pads and slow healing. So make sure to keep them on a good diet and treats to a minimum.
Keep us posted! I think a couple more weeks and these should be healed.
They are looking a lot better! Keep doing what you are doing!Week 5
