1) What type of bird , age and weight (does the chicken seem or feel lighter or thinner than the others.)

Hen d’uccle. So she’s very small to begin with but I can feel her very pointy keel(?) bone. I got her 8 months ago. She’s roughly a year.
2) What is the behavior, exactly.

She started with off balanced but was getting around fine. Had another hen do this about a month ago. She was fine after a day. Then progressed to she has to keep her mouth open to breath, head pointed up, can’t walk. Progressed to wings out beside her and can’t stand at all not eating or drinking by herself. Diarrhea for about 5 days that is watery and green all over her area. She isn’t making any noises at all other than gurgling every once in a while and yesterday she was panting. Tail moved while panting.
3) How long has the bird been exhibiting symptoms?
Roughly a week. I was away last week but got back a week ago. She was walking around fine but had green poop on her bottom for a eeek.
4) Are other birds exhibiting the same symptoms?

No.
5) Is there any bleeding, injury, broken bones or other sign of trauma.

No.
6) What happened, if anything that you know of, that may have caused the situation.

I dont know.
7) What has the bird been eating and drinking, if at all.

Nothing on her own. Yesterday I began dripping water and wet chicken food into her beak and she ate it like that. No interest in eating on her own. She did seem strong this PM feeding, pecking at water droplets from the dropper. Still can’t stand at all just falls on her face.
8) How does the poop look? Normal? Bloody? Runny? etc.

Very runny. Greenish stuck all over her bum.
9) What has been the treatment you have administered so far?

I got Corid about 2 hours ago and mixed it with water and dropped it into her beak.
10 ) What is your intent as far as treatment? For example, do you want to treat completely yourself, or do you need help in stabilizing the bird til you can get to a vet?

I do not have the means to take her to a vet.
11) If you have a picture of the wound or condition, please post it. It may help.
12) Describe the housing/bedding

Shavings in a coop shared with 6 other hens and one rooster. The past two days she’s been in a plastic tote with shavings in the bottom. No poop in the shavings but still building up on her bottom even after I trimmed it

More info: her crop was empty yesterday. I hand fed and watered her. Woke up this morning and it was squishy. Got back from work and fed and watered with corid mix. Very squishy crop still. What do you think she has? Is this a lost cause? @casportpony

I would also like to add they have access to standing water in my back yard. They are free range birds that also have access to my compost. She hasn’t laid an egg in at least two weeks (was never a good layer ever)
