Karen, I understand. I do ship too. I don't think it would cost the full $40 for Express to ship to you since you're not that far and would happily refund the difference if it is less. I know the shipping cost is a killer, but with gas prices sometimes it's the better option. Just let me know. If they don't sell this weekend, I'll probably list them on Eggbid for auction to see how they do there.

You're right, I'm looking for bantams. But for anyone else reading -- I don't much want the blue itself, just the black or splash. I did see a beautiful black/tufted/rumpless pullet last week where I bought my birds -- and of course the breeder wouldn't sell her to me. He's such a meanie.
