Mo, our 5 year old Cochin, has a tumor on her head next to her comb. (See photos)

She’s eating, drinking, forging, and once in a blue moon, lays an egg. The other chickens leave it alone. It’s not obstructing her vision. She’s still a chunky girl even fatter than her sister. Last year we had a tumor removed off the side of her foot… it was becoming hard for her to walk. No cough, no sneezing, droppings look healthy.

My question is, do we just continue to make her life content or should I do something medically about it?

When you had the one removed from her foot, did they say it was a benign growth? If it's benign and not bothering anything, I'd be inclined to just leave it alone. If it was not benign, then that would be up to you. Combs can bleed a lot, so having that removed might be a bit different than doing it on a foot. A vets advice would be best on this, if you want it removed.
