Turkey with Injured Leg

A neighbor has reached out to me to see if I might be willing to take in an injured turkey. She says the turkey gets around but doesn’t seem able to use this leg at all. Any advice as to what this might be or how to fix (if fixable) would be greatly appreciated.

In my experiences with leg issues with turkeys they don't usually recover.
