Hi, so this might be long but hopefully I'll get some feedback. We have 8 ducks and 2 geese, they're about 8 weeks old. We had 3 geese but a horned owl got into our pen and killed one of our geese. We just recently got turkeys and thought they'd be ok to go into the pen with the ducks and geese but they're fighting. The turkeys are 4 weeks but just as big as the ducks. Do you think my ducks and geese could be traumatized from when the owl got into their pen?
they are probably traumatized because of the predation, but are now being more traumatized by the addition of the turkeys. I would separate the flocks.
