Is/was this two embryos developing in my goose egg? It was 9 days into incubation yesterday and 7 days into incubation I noticed a blood ring but held onto the egg in case it had a chance. Lmk your thoughts

Just wanted to say I have hatched out over 100 goslings and have never seen this before, we’re all still learning evidently!

If there's a blood ring and you are sure it had died then crack it open and see, that's the only for-sure way to know if it was a twin.

Interesting…hatched out with a crossbeak and died 24 hrs post hatch.
