Two week old chick, Clean vent no poop

This baby’s lower belly I’d filling up and looks distended. Could there be no opening in vent?

There are chicks who are born without a vent. It seems a long time at two weeks nit to see any droppings though. Do you have a closeup picture of the vent area? Is there any pasting up of the vent?

I thought the same as you about it being too long to have survived without a vent. I have a friend who has a chicken with 2 vents!
When I put her in a box to write the above message she did poop in the box. Pretty normal looking. May be a false alarm, I’m keeping my eye on her…no pasty butt, she got a nice bath and massage.
