Alright here we go, after search and combing through threads I am just frustrated with the answers.

I have a turkey with a cough in one pen and a chicken with a cough in another. The chicken cough is new. I have Tylosin 100g powder but am unsure on the dose rate. I want to dose the whole flock in the drinking water. The package says mix contents with one gallon of water then mix gallon with 50 gallons to make treated water. I do not have a 50 gallon vessel to mix it in. How do I mix or dose this to my chickens in a X (ml, oz) to gallon ratio at the one package to a gallon rate? I can also dose it dry scoop (tsp, tbsl) to a gallon.

As always any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

Doing the conversions and math is beyond me. Possibly this thread will help.

Thank you, that is what I was looking for but my search parameters were different so I wasn't getting this thread.

Most people use 1 tsp per gallon of water if you have the full strength powder. Give it for 3-5 days. Do you have a picture of the product? Some pigeon suppliers sell some less strong powders. I use recommend Jedds.com, since theirs is full strength. This is the picture of the full strength:

Be sure to mix is by adding water to the powder, or it won’t mix very well. Change it every 3 days. Do not treat birds who do not have symptoms. You can separate the birds who need it in a dog crate with food and medicated water for treatment. Tylosin treats mycoplasma gallisepticum (MG,) but does not treat diseases causes by viruses or mold fungus.

What dosage did you use of the Tylosin Powder for the 10 days that you treated? Per gallon?
