Unwell bantam, is it coccidiosis?

Hello, our beautiful frizzle bantam, just under 1 year old has been unwell for a couple of days.
We have a small flock of 5 who free range in the garden every day. I noticed yesterday she was a bit lethargic and didn’t seem to stay with the rest of them. This morning she was clearly isolating, is not eating and drinking and with feathers puffed up.
I’ve brought her inside in a box now.
She does not have a hard crop, no sign of mites or eye infection or anything like that. I’ve not been able to see her dropping yet, but it looked like there was a creamy white smear on her.
I’m worried she might have coccidiosis.
I’ve called the vet but they can’t see her for days.
I’m wondering if I should get some coxiod treatment from Amazon as at least that will arrive tomorrow, but if anyone has any advice I’d be very grateful.

Sorry to hear about your hen
When you can see her droppings, could you take a pic?
When did she last lay an egg?
Can you feel her crop in the morning?
I would get the coccidiosis treatment, as it probably wouldn’t harm her to give it to her.

Thanks for such a quick reply! I will post the droppings when she does one. As the birds are out everyday, I couldn’t this tell this morning, but I did look for dropping with blood in and couldn’t see any anywhere. I felt her crop first thing today and it’s soft. I’ll order the treatment now as well so at least tomorrow I can get her on it. I have seen rats recently around their coop so thought that could have been a possible source of infection, if it is coccidiosis.

Of course!
If her crop felt soft, it could be sour crop. Does she have a fouls odour from her beak?
Also, what food does she have, and is she eating?

Check her crop first thing in the morning before she has food or water. I would give her a little water with sugar (1 tsp per cupful) in it from a dropper. Soft cooked egg and a spoonful of her feed mixed with the water would be good to offer. How old is she, and when did she last lay an egg? It could be a reproductive problem, but using the coxoid would cause no problem.
