when I went into labor with my son, hubby and I were watching a movie, he got all bent out of shape because I wanted to finish the movie...

He RUSHED me off when I finally said oK, and I was only 4cm...

How funny! My mom says that with my brother, she started labor in the middle of the night. She had to force my dad out of bed. He didn't want to go!
BTW... my mom was in labor with my brother for an hour. They barely got her in a bed and he was born.

I think so too. I've been watching mums give birth for 16 years now, and it's still as awe inspiring now as it was 16 years ago.
