I know a lot of people that like using these goat collars. They are strong enough to give you something to grab on to, but break if they get snagged on anything.do you think it'd be fine to leave a collar on her? or is that also unsafe? : )

Collars are generally considered safe for goats, but I would try to stick with "safety collars" or breakaway collars. Here's a video showing what the safety collars look like:
I wound up putting pictures on my computer via iCloud as I had that issue too.
