My beloved pet rooster I just found sitting down by my house sitting down in the grass.
I went to pick him up and move him to his coop.
He is now standing but is shaking from head to toe.
He has had bumble foot for about a month. I've tried treating it more than once, but it wouldn't come out like a kernel and was soft like flesh. So after about a week or two of soaking him in a Epsom salt bath for 10 mins daily I decided to wait in hopes that his bumble foot would harden so I could scoop it out like I read I was supposed to do.
What should I do now? Should I wait and see if he stops shaking then soak him again, or should I soak him now? Have I killed him? Any help is needed and greatly appreciated. He is one of my and my family's favorite pet rooster.

Are you sure that the shaking is being caused by the bumble foot?
No. I know almost nothing about bumblefoot.
I have never had to deal with it before. My pet rooster, Zebra, is my first experience with this.
He and his flock free range all day. The rest of his flock are all acting normal. He is a 2 year old Barred Rock rooster.

I would bring him in and make him warm. Offer some sips of sugar water or electrolytes. Could he have been attacked by something? Do not bathe or soak him. Get a picture of his bumblefoot scab at some point and post it.
I've brought him in, and I have him in a bin with some pine shavings, sugar water, and some feed. He's eating the feed, but he's still shaking. His mouth has been partially open most of the time. He has very watery, green droppings. The very tip of his comb is purple and cold to the touch, the rest is still red and warm though.

Is he able to walk around normally? He could be dehydrated or sick. Can you mix up some watery chicken feed and some soft egg? Pictures of him might be helpful. Is he molting or losing any feathers right now?

Before I brought him inside he was walking around a bit, but a lot of the time he was standing still, shaking.
He has water but so far has refused it (he doesn't seem thirsty).
Yes, I can mix up some water, feed, and cooked egg.
I'll get some pictures of him in a moment.
No, he isn't molting or losing any feathers right now.

Here are some images of him and his feet
