Vaccines in Meat Bird Chicks

Hey y'all! Just had a quick question regarding my upcoming order of chicks. I have 26 chicks coming from Murray McMurray the week of April 1st. 22 are heavy-laying breed males, such as Wyandottes, Australorps, etc., and the rest are laying hens. Anyways, I will be feeding the heritage meat birds an organic fermented whole grain diet. My current flock has had several cases of Mareks, so I would really like the chicks to be Mareks & Coccidiosis vaccinated. Would this not be good, because I will be eating them in several months? Our family will be eating the meat, so I'd like it to be as healthy as possible. Let me know!
