Vent issue? Need Help

sorry if this is posted twice... I can't find the one I thought I posted.
I need help. One of my girls back side is in trouble. yesterday she was fin and today she looks like she has I a vent issue.
See photos. do you know what's wrong and what I can do to help her?

Can you clean off the vent with a disposable glove? I wonder if there is a prolapsed vent under there. She also can be soaked in warm soapy water to clean her vent. Check also to see if her vent is swollen with a stuck egg. Let us know what you find and take a picture. I don’t see another duplicate post.

If she has a prolapsed vent, a dose of human calcium with vitamin D may If there is a prolapse, keep the vent moistened with vaseline or other mild oil.
