Very sick bird need help quick!

I have a very sick chicken. Her breathing is heavy and sounds like a pneumonia and her vent was poopy not clogged just poopy. She is also very lethargic and is vomiting I just wormed them a few days ago did I poison her? Please help!!! That's her vomit in the corner

Is her crop compacted and hard to the touch? That is, the bulge between neck and middle used for storing food.

No her crop is soft and squishy but the vomit smells horrible I think maybe sour crop.

Sounds about right. Withhold sugar/starches for a spell and try a probiotic, she should recover just fine.
