Make sure she's not too hot under that red light. In fact she probably doesn't need it at all in the house. If you're comfortable she doesn't need it.

Thank you for all your advice! I did take off the lamp. I tried the yolk multiple more time but unfortunately she's not interested in eating.

She drinks if I hold her beak to the water.

Hopefully she'll eat once she gets hydrated so keep offering her water. Have you offered her feed moistened with water, or tuna?

I'm sorry to hear this.

If you want to find out what caused her decline, a necropsy would give you the most information. Refrigerate the body and send it to your state lab for analysis.
