I drove up to Chehalis this morning to drop off a well water sample to get tested for coliform bacteria, and stopped by the Dr. office to get some blood drawn so I can see how good/bad my cholesterol levels are. I'm really curious to see how 8 months on a mostly-keto diet has affected my cholesterol.

Bought a 3.5# head of cabbage on the way home to make sauerkraut today. I'll be able to use the digital kitchen scale I bought to measure out the cabbage and salt. The price was $7.88 a few days ago.

Sunshine here too. I pulled open the shades on the big south facing window and turned off the furnace. I'll get some free solar heat today!
