We found out our barnevelder hen who is right at a year old, is water bellied about 2 months ago.
We have drained her and then she was doing great. We drained her for the 2nd time about 2 weeks and she was doing great. But the last two days it’s almost like she loses mobility in her legs. She will be up walking and then fall and have issues getting back up.
Is there anything else we can do to help her live a more comfortable life?

Welcome to BYC.
Personally I've never dealt with Ascites aka water belly. That said, I'd most likely cull the bird.
However, here's a link for you that should help your hen. It sounds viable and it should help your hen:

Hi Dawg,I am raising ducks currently but researching chickens to prepare. Can I ask you why you would cull the hen for having water belly (I will look thus up shortly) if help is available? Please be as detailed and honest as you feel comfortable being.
