Can the BYC attach links for your favorite waterer for your chickens please!
I have what seems like a standard one and it gets dirty so fast. Looking to upgrade it when our baby chicks move in with our two older ladies.

This thread kind of gives you the idea as I fail to have a picture of our 5-gallon horizontal nipple bucket. We've used that for around 8 years and advantages are the water stays crystal clean for them and there is no open water in your coop. We add a 1/4 teaspoon of AV water freshener to the water so it doesn't get slimy.

Here's a link to the nipples we used except I think we got ours from Amazon.

This in summer (I prefer rigid plastic):

This in winter (the shape makes it easier to keep unfrozen):

And these nipples on both (the chickens like the mini-cup under it; it almost makes it a nipple/cup choice):

I looked at the one pictured on Amazon. I like the style, being able to fill it from the top. That's definitely what I've been looking for but how many chickens do you have may I ask? We will have 6 total, so would that particular one be enough for 6?

I've been using 3 gallon and 1 gallon water containers, but want to change up because they don't work well if they aren't level. View attachment 3802260
This is basically my set up, with a 1gal capacity for my 2 older ladies right now and it is consistently dirty. I have decided I am not a fan of this style and I don't like not being able to fill it from the top.
