Keep an eye on her is all my advice but she should be fine after a day or two. I have had chicks jump out of my hands and they all have been fine ( I do not drop them on purpose though!)I was checking over my week old Brahma chicks and one of them lept from my hand and landed on my rug. I can extend her leg out without distress, and I didn't feel any obvious injuries... But she's not putting weight on it much at all. She does still have an appetite and was eating out of my hand while I was cradling her after her tumble. She was about 3 feet up. Any advice is appreciated! This is my first time raising chicks.

There's only 2 others in the brooder and they've all gotten along fine with each other. Always find them snuggled up! They have plenty of space to be together or away from each other if they wanted. I checked in on her and she was laying down with them.

Hi sorry for the delayed response! I was at work today. This morning she seemed to be doing pretty okay, limping still... And she still is by the afternoon, but she is attempting to hold a little more weight on it and isn't fussing when I mess with her leg (extending it, gently squeezing it to make sure her bones aren't broken.) She's still favoring the one side, but she's not having a ton of trouble getting around in the brooder. She does seem to want to lay down and rest quite a bit, but that's understandable, and I'm not overly concerned about that since her appetite hasn't faltered (she's eating from my hand and also from the fresh veggies and worms feeder).
I'll keep an eye on her for the next couple of days and monitor if she's improving or not.
