Welcome to my pond - Swim, wade, or sit on the bank

O m G!!! :barnie
Maybe he thinks you will eventually give in. But we know better. ;)

:love still pretty amazing how fast they grow.
Yeah! They don’t seem to have any truama from the shipping. They are very calm for ducklings. I was cleaning the stall next to them with a shovel and it was loud and all they did was sit there and watch. I’ve hatched ducklings that would’ve gone nuts from that.

Other than the angel wing on his other side, and some light white fringing on his chest (which I hope he will grow out of) he’s my best call duck so far

That’s great. Especially for hatchery ducks.
My ducks were panicking last night, I had to blow the leaves off the top of the netting. Right at dark is the easiest, after the chickens have gone to roost, it doesn’t scare them so badly, but I was a little past dark and the ducks were already in the pen. They weren’t happy with me!
Luckily it only takes about 10 minutes. :D

Is the rain headed toward you Dan?

Yeah, I’m very pleased with them and the hatchery. My ducks panic if I so much as add more straw.
