Are you in Florida? Away enough from the storm? I have a cousin there. She's in the East coast but right where they're expecting some things..high wind and also some flooding but not like on the west coast. She let us know she's prepared as much as possible. Bless her heart. Just bought this home and just finished renovation on parts of it.

Weather here. We've been breaking records of records in the past, since the 80's.
We're usually in the high 60's to 70's in October. We've been in the 80's and low 90's. Should get down to 70's by Friday.
Weird weather everywhere.
Partly cloudy now. Haven't been outside..I guess I should say..in my Lilly pad.
Cleaned my fish tank. Just a 10 gallon but still a job. I clean partly every 2 weeks, then a good clean 2 weeks later. My grandson and granddaughter here like the fishies. Have a great day everyone.

Good Afternoon Pond!
Taking an unscheduled break since my student went home sick today. I’m going on about 4 hours of sleep, so it’s not the worst timing. Why did I only get a few hours of sleep? Because I got a text from a friend at 11:30 pm (2 1/2 hours after I went to bed) saying, “If you’re still up, the Northern Lights are active tonight!” So I woke up my poor sick husband and said, “We have to go outside!” I’m so thankful we did…

We spent an hour out there, me standing next to the car in my purple fuzzy robe and slippers gawking at the sky. (Good thing there’s no traffic on our road that time of nigh…)It was worth every second of lost sleep!
