I WAS good! Doctor said it looks great, 1 more week of careful, and then all good to go!

However... I have been admonished.... something about hefting 50 pound feed bags will never be a good idea for me.

That sounds like a good report for sure. Lifting 50 pound feed bags is never a good thing anyway.

I do not even try anymore like 30 is my limit now and not for long times.
I can handle a 40 lb dog food a bit from chair to can.

I can lift them and throw them on my shoulder just fine but a couple of joints in my lower back sure don't appreciate it.
