Good morning pond! -4° here this morning. I have the cars outside running for a bit, just to make sure they keep working lol

Good Morning Pond,

School is 2 hours late this morning due to an “extreme cold warning”. The air temperature is -17, with a “feels like” temperature of -30. It was -17 yesterday when DH and I headed to the big town for a Costco run. (Our nearest Costco is just over 2 hours away.) The roads were clear, and the car heater along with the heated seats kept us plenty warm. The high today should finally get back up above zero.

The kidney stone is gone! Doctors will remove his stint then he can come home.

Good Morning Pond,
It’s a balmy 22 ABOVE zero today. If I’m doing the math right, that’s 39 degrees warmer than yesterday! You know the old saying. “If you don’t like the weather, wait 5 minutes - it’ll change.”

Penny, I’m so happy for DH that he’s doing so much better!
