What a great night!

It's been nearly 80 here, with the humidity already kicking in. We don't get much of a winter here, but we get all sorts of summer (translation: H3llish heat) weather. The grass is growing, the flowers are blooming, and in a month we'll wish we had February's temps again.

Gotta love East Texas.

Carrie, how's the eggs doing? I'm looking at having at 8 hatch on Friday. I can't wait!

About half of them didn't make it by the 10th day of incubation.

But I have to call my friend tonight because they are due to hatch today or tomorrow! He doesn't think it will be a good hatch, though. But, even if I just get a couple I'll be happy. We'll see... I'll keep you updated!

You shouldn't be expecting them that soon, I don't think. If I'm correct, you put yours on after I put mine on, and mine are due Friday, for sure.

I marked their due date on my calender with a chicken stamp!! It's tomorrow for sure.
