What and how much do you feed baby chicken who is sick and not eating? How often?

This little guy seemed well yesterday, picked up nicely after giving mix of boiled yolk, starter crumbe and sugar water.

This morning eyes were closed and remained closed even when I picked it up, I checked and there was nothing wrong with eyes, just closed, I gave sugar water and he picked up a bit, opened eyes a little.

How much water and how often should this little guy get?

How much food and how often should I give? Im using a 1ml syringe and it likes eating and drinking from it.

I don't know how much, you may have to go with crop size. Closed eyes does not sound good. You may want to try some antibiotics, sounds like it's sick.
