You're not an idiot! 4 pounds / 2.2 x 10 = 18.18 mg, which is close enough to call it 20 mg. Which Baytril do you have?
When I give it, I give 3-5 days.

I have baytril 10% going to have to find a bigger bottle online and overnight it. This one has a hole in it and leaked out a bit. Dont think I have enough for twice a day. And not sure if this will work. She now has ascites. Its hard for her to breathe and sit down. Its the second night sleeping with her in my bed.

18 or 20 mg twice a day. With the Baytril you have that's 0.18 ml to 0.2 ml twice a day. Do you have a 1 ml syringe?
