What are these penguin looking chicks?

I picked up these cuties from the Tractor Supply bantam bin. I've looked online a bunch and still can't seem to figure out their breed. Any help would be much appreciated!

I don't think so, I have Golden Sebrights the same age and this is what they look like.

Nope not a Cochin, they don't have feathered feet. I've been going nuts trying to figure it out lol.

The face looks like a D’anver but the feathering is wrong for quail and leg color is off.

Maybe a silver sebright? It looks so similar to the golden one just lighter on the face.
