I appreciate the further reasoning for sure! It does help to know what to expect if they were indeed cockerels at this age.By 9 and a half weeks, a cockerel would be more obvious. You'd start to see some pointy, shiny feathers and a bigger redder comb and waddles. Your girls have clearly rounded feathers and their combs are small and pale pink.
