What breed/gender is this gray chicken?

I got these chick fro Tractor Supply. They were the colored egg layers. Can anyone tell me if it is a rooster or hen? In hindsight, I should not of ordered the mix gender chicks! Also does anyone know what breed this is?

It looks male to me.

I think it's probably some kind of Easter Egger (females supposed to lay blue, green, or olive eggs), but I don't know exactly which one of the several kinds they list.

Thank you. I was hoping for a hen. But it seems like out of the 10 chicks I only got 2 hens.

That's Tractor Supply! The hatchery sends them alot of Roosters, so I have heard from several friends who did not get from the straight run.
