I got these chickens from a neighbor and she says she doesn’t know what breed they are. Was wondering if anyone knows? Also bonus points if you can tell me if the baby chickens genders?

Barred Rock Hen. The babies are Barred Rock cross Cockerels.

Rooster is a New Hampshire.

Blue Hen, is a Sapphire Splash.
This. Assuming she hatched the chicks from her chickens' eggs, and the rooster you got is the only rooster she had, any chicks that hatch from these chickens who are barred (the black and white stripes) must be roosters because of the way chicken genetics work with that particular rooster x the barred rock hen. You might want to try to find new homes for them; that's a lot of roosters for not a lot of hens.

Without knowing who the mom of the black chick is, it's not clear whether it's a boy or girl. If it's the barred rock's chick, it must be a female (again, because of how the barred gene works in chickens in this particular pairing). But if it's the sapphire gem's chick it could be a boy or a girl.

Are the barred hen’s legs yellow like a barred rock should be? Wondering if she is a cuckoo maran? Cuckoo has more smutty looking barring but I can’t always tell the difference. Wonder if the barred sex linking works with cuckoo birds as well. They are supposed to lay a darker brown but sometimes don’t.

Cuckoo is the same as barred. It's the same barring gene.
