Okay I just got this baby chicken and was told it's cornish cross but I checked about baby cornish cross chicken. Baby cornish cross I found in pictures so far is all yellow and yellow legs but this baby chicken has black spot on the top of its head, white leg and only 2.5days old. I google around and found breed resemble to this baby chick. Is this one white leghorn baby chick? I even check wings it has 2 curves instead of 1 curve. I search about how to identify gender. From what many sites said if 2 curves high chance a girl 1 curve high chance a boy. Also girl grow fathers faster than boy especially tail. I want to know if I'm correct or not. BTW if I'm correct I then got great buy. The seller sell cornish cross AU$8 and white leghorn chicken AU$45.

I wouldn't put much stock in the wing thing.

As far as breed goes, it doesn't appear to be a Cornish cross or a purebred white Leghorn. Neither of those breeds have white legs or black spots in the down.

Is this seller breeding these chicks him/herself or buying them from a hatchery and reselling?

I'm not sure. All I know that she said her shop/farm hatch meat chick every 2 weeks. So maybe buying (??) She also sell other chicken breeds like white leghorn, Australop, hybrid types, perkins and varieties of bantams. But yes this chick definitely doesn't look like baby chick cornish cross. She (or he) doesn't have fat short wings but rather long wings here's picture when (he) she's stand up. I have to put her (him) in this bird cage because (he) she's already imprint us human and I need to go to bathroom 😤 I feed her with chicken starter but seem like still too big for her (or him) to eat so I add water into feed to make it softer.

It's probably a hybrid of some kind, then. That's a good idea to wet the feed so it's easier to eat.
Thank you for the answer. Now I'll definitely not hand to my uncle's wife. I plan to add more chickens into our flock since we only have 3 hens but want to make sure I get the right place. So when my uncle's wife want a meat chick for her family tradition thing I decided to get from this place and see how healthy the baby chick. But I guess the place this shop buy eggs from really mix up with meat chicks eggs. I guess I got good buy then. So for now I'm hoping that this little one is girl.
