what breed of chicken do I have?

Very handsome rooster you can narrow down the possibilities with the comb he has I can't tell in that picture if it's a pea comb etc...
Thanks! He and my silkie are the first chickens I've ever had so I'm totally clueless. The breeder I got them from has silkies, Orpington and copper marans so maybe a cross between those of some sort!?

You can see his comb a little better in this pic, he's about 3 1/2 months old.

I still can't tell I don't think he's comb looks like any of the breeds you suggested but I may be wrong if he was hatched from the eggs from those chickens then he's one of them, as he gets older you might be able to tell more

Thanks, as he gets older I'll post more pics!

Due to Silkie genetics, when crossed with hens of some other breeds (I forget which specifications) the chicks are sex-linked. The males have white skin, the females have blue. Here's a picture of one of my Silkie x OEGB cockerels. I can get a more thorough explanation if you want.

Thanks for explaining, I have a white silkie pullet and this cockerel, so I'm wondering what their chicks would look like!?

I have seen the offspring of two silkie x OEGBs, and they looked pretty identical to the parents. I believe that breeding back to a silkie would increase the chance of silkied offspring.
