I would heavily lean away from this due to their rarity, but he does show a striking resemblance of a Sulmtaler... OP, what country are you from? He may just be a mix

I think he may be one! The hackle versus saddles contrast seems a bit extreme, but in looking online it seems there are others who look similar! I don't think you'll ever know for sure, but I'm definitely not ruling it out
