I think she has the wrong type and too small of comb to be a Blue Andalusian.

She appears to be an Easter Egger (if she lays blue or green eggs), but if she does not lay those colors then she would be some other kind of mixed breed. Certainly not any breed in particular, though she could have a good amount of Wyandotte. I would need to see her body type better, can you get a picture of her standing on the ground?

She hasn’t started laying yet, we got her at our local tractor supply. She’s the only one to look like this. They gave her to us because she was going to be the last chick that day. But it’s odd because we bought each breed we have in pairs or groups and she looks nothing like any of the others we have.

Then I think she's an Easter Egger (mixed breed.) They come in all different colors and are bred to lay colorful eggs (but they don't always lay colorful eggs.) She is gorgeous, though.
