This is my first time hatching peafowl and know there are many colors of peacock.I bought eggs from a man who raises them and he said all the colors are mixed together so not sure which colors I got.He had so many different colors there,so gorgious!Anyways I have got 3 chicks that have recently hatched and was wondering if anyone could tell me their opinions as to what color they may turn out to be.2 look about the same, but one has more yellow on it.Here is a photo of them together.

two outer ones look Indian Blue, centre one may be as well, but like you said, a lot lighter. Does it have any white on the wing tips at all?

Um I think it did have a little white, but will check later to make sure.

Ok here is a few more pics...of the lighter one. There was every color of peacock you could think of at his place so maybe a combonation of two different colors?

It is really hard to tell without knowing what adult birds were in the pen. If I had hatched those three birds, I would say that the darker two could be bronze and the lighter one was IB, but that would only be based upon what I have. There are a bunch of combinations that could look like those and they all three could be IB and splits. My midnight chicks are also usually a little darker than the IB chicks.

Does white-eye show white flights if that's the only pattern present? IE- no pied or white mixed in, just white eye? I know the white eye gene can give peas that "lighter" color tone.

Thats possible. It would be interesting to see if this turned out to be a split to white eye hen. The light coloring being the beggining or first phase of the frosted look?
Very curious indeed...

To the OP: if you get pics again, make sure you get use pictures of the flight/wing feathers so we can see if there are any white ones!
