What color shoes do you see?

The photo looks pink, but my phone camera does a similar thing where it makes brown leather colored things that same shade.

They look brown to me But I can see how someone could see pink or purple. I suspect they look a lot different in person.

They actually look similar to a purple leather dog leash I have. I purchased it as purple and when it was new it did look purple. After a few years of use it looks dark brown to me. Maybe if I laid it out next to some brown leather it would still look purple, but on its own it looks brown.

Cover one eye and the colour you see may change depending on which eye is looking at the picture. Also changes may be seen looking at it in natural or artificial light.

This picture sparked much debate in my family over what color we all saw. It was between brown or pink/purple. There is no reaching an agreement among the two sides, we do NOT have any idea how the other people could see the other color. It is pretty hilarious, and I wondered what colors everybody else saw?

That palette is of the Colors of the World series. They're the closest to Very Deep Almond which would make sense why people are seeing both. To me, the boots look like they have this touch and hue that could give the impression of either color. Knowing the shoe's brand and model would help a lot on determining the color. With a simple search of the shoe's brand, model, and size somewhere where it could have been purchased might tell you the exact color of the shoe. Reading the original shoe box should also say what the color is.

In my opinion, it's in the pink family, but knowing colors like I do, I can very well see why people are seeing brown. If you're trying to figure out what outfit it could go with, I'd say it could go with anything that'd require a brown or pink shoe (as long as it's not a funeral).

Those are brown, I think its just the quality of the image that makes it look pink.
