She’s so little and really not doing well. Keeps getting pasty butt and we keep cleaning her up but she’s the smallest of the lot and keeps getting trampled on, and is very sleepy all the time and doesn’t have any fight in her. Her rear is full and firm, it’s not right at all. How can we help her? She’s only about a week old.

Have you tried a soak in warm water or some sort of flush? She might not be formed right.
We are new to this so I wouldn’t know about being formed right unless it was obvious, but I thought you weren’t supposed to get their feathers wet at this age? We’ve been very careful to keep her dry while cleaning the vent.

Pasty butt sounds like what your chick has, is it eating/drinking?
Use warm water to soften the poop to remove, use a paper towel to dry it off. Since it's getting trampled & smaller than the rest, you may consider removing it along with another (one or two) that are close to its size in a separate brooder with heat.
What are you feeding?
Is it eating & drinking?
What are you using for heat?
What breeds did you get?

I have made ACV with water for pasty butts; Apple Cider Vinegar (with the Mother not distilled, 1T to a gallon of water) the water contain must be plastic or glass ... Vinegar has a chemical reaction with metal.

2x @nuthatched. Make a mash out for it's feed mixed with boiled egg yolk

They can get wet as long as they are kept warm and allowed to dry in a warm place, such as their brooder.
Just soak her rear in warm water for 10 minutes, gently massage her belly.
Give her some water with a bit of egg yolk and molasses in it to perk her up.
