What do you do with old eggs?

Last fall when I knew that my egg production would drop, I froze eggs. It was nice to be able to pull a couple frozen eggs out of the freezer for cakes, cookies or whatever. I just threw them into a plastic bag, shell and all. When it was defrosting, I removed the shell. The only thing I learned was that it does take a long time for an egg to defrost.

I feed mine to my dog's they love them. Most of the stuff I have read stated that Raw Eggs are fine for dog's, Raw diet is getting to be very Popular in the dog world.

Really, you can freeze eggs? I've never done this and I'm intrigued. Do the cakes or cookies taste the same with frozen eggs? I freeze butter when it goes on sale and nothing happens with the flavor of butter.
