What gender do you think my chicks are?

I have some new chicks and I was hoping I could get some peace of mind on what gender y’all think they are. They are Rhode Island Reds and Golden Comets. 9 of them matured exactly the same and 1 of them has stayed smaller and didn’t grown tail feathers as fast (last two pictures)

sometimes you can tell the gender by the stance and how big the combs are. how old are they?
