From the first picture, the right silkie (with the silver chest) makes me suspicious of being a cockeral, I see this from his crest because usually males have higher crests instead of level, I'd just recommended keeping an eye on that one just in case.
But on the other hand the black siklie looks on the right track to be a pullet.

I was afraid so I'll do better pictures today... thanks for reply🫡🙌

My Silkie that had the big floof on top like your grey one ended up being a boy and the more black one that has a more even crest length ended up being the girl. But they can change a lot and surprise you. That's my bet so far tho.. another month and it should be more obvious. When I was guessing the genders of my silkies, I got them backwards and had to switch their names haha.

We could start to tell them apart around this age. The crest started to get bigger on the hen and the rooster crest started to look more like a slicked back Mohawk, the waddles and crests on the rooster started to grow in quick at this age too. I'd say you're close to seeing these adult traits! (Mine are not pure bred show quality as you can see from the straight comb, so he was easier to tell the sex early on) Moira & Uncle Baby

Thanks, they are pretty!
I am currently trying to find one white to join them, I am totally obsessed. I ended up building second floak...
Light grey, all voted as boy, eh... he is sweet though 😍 we named him Ash, darker Raven and a little bit older Mocca....
... all started with her... I got my pure breed red silkie roo (21weeks) exchanged for 15weeks quiet pullet... but she wasn't accepted by my other girls... so I got her 2 little friends...
..and build second run already... true to everyone saying: it's hard to stop getting more and loving them more ❤️
Now I have double coffee morning with each "side'... hunting for white silkies now.

Thanks everyone for reply 🙌🐣

Yeah the white silkies have been amazing! My hen lays an egg a day for 5-7 days in a row, she is great being handled, and she is somehow top of the pecking order even tho she loves with 4 other hens that are much bigger than her. Oh and being white they didn't seem to be bothered much by the heat this summer and lemme tell you it gets hot and humid here in East Tennessee. My poor Wyandotte girl has been panting all summer, luckily winter will be easiest for her. I'm definitely going to lean towards more heat tolerant (light/white) color breeds for the future!

Ah dear... and I was complaining it's so cold this summer 😅 here in Ireland was max 15°C and raining 5/7 days a week.. I had to build a windshield and a proper roof for my girls 😅
