SO I made walleye last night on the grill with cilantro and lime and chili powder for supper tonight (will just reheat it for a few on the grill) but I dont know what to make with it. I was thinking rice, but not just plain rice... anyone have any secrets for jazzing up rice that will go good with fish?

Spanish rice - sautee onions and chopped peppers in some butter, add some red sauce (I cannot remember the brand for the life of me) and let it simmer for a while. Add white rice already cooked with a little bit of olive oil, and lett it cook for a bit.

Sounds like some kind of Spanish rice would be good - add a can of diced tomatoes mexican stlyle with peppers is good) and some chili powder to the rice before cooking. May need to adjust the water am't.

Personally I like long grain and wild rice with fish. Or if you can find it an all wild rice mix. Cook it with a chicken boulin in the water.... Very, Very good;)

Pie?

I also use chicken stock and very few carrot slivers in my spanish rice.
