What happened to my hen? Heat stroke?

I might try this again but my chickens have ignored my cucumbers, squash, and watermelons in the past

I have a bunch of foodies...they eat just about anything. I usually put the veggies on one of those hanging chicken spears (hard to explain, but they sell them on Amazon) or in a suet cage and hang it. For some reason, it’s more fun to eat when it’s suspended.
