What Herbs and Spices do you give your chickens?

I have a thyme plant that they nibble at occasionally throughout the year. They also take mint leaves that grow through the garden fence.
Besides all the usual stuff found in a yard, i let them in the garden once the harvest is complete. They destroy all remnants of my garden including underdeveloped or undesirable broccoli, pumpkins, squash, tomatoes, fall peas, raddishes, beans, basil, oregano etc.

Where I live we have hundreds of herbs. My chicken firstly attached the lavander and ate it all. Right now is winter and here is what I do: every evening I boil about 5litres of herbal mix - oregano, cat's claw, thyme, St. John wart, etc.etc. whatever I have collected in the summer. Once the herbal mix boils, my family has a cup of herbal tea in the evening. In the remaining herbal mix I put corn and wheat and I turn the hob off. In the morning I feed the chickens with the corn and the wheat. They looove it .. more than the layers mix from the shop.
