Please don't hatch supermarket duck eggs. I took on a duck that had been hatched from these eggs and the poor soul had been born with toxoplasmosis and had a short 16 month life and would have numerous seizures/spasms a day and smashed her poor beak several times. She was a lovely happy little duck when not spasming but not an ideal life for her. You just don't know what you're getting and it may have tragic consequences. My bantam is sat on 2 Braddock White duck eggsday 17, so far do good.
