It is my understanding that chicken eggs and button eggs use the same temp and humidity.
99.5–100.5° F
50-55% Humidity for incubating and
70% for lockdown
The issue is that button eggs go into lockdown sooner than chicken eggs. I'll let some others comment without giving any recommendations. I'm just passing on knowledge I've learned or read. I haven't personally tried to incubate both at the same time myself.
I'm not familiar with quail eggs, but when incubating duck eggs and chicken eggs together I start the duck eggs first. I time it so lock down and hatch are the same for ducklings and chicks.
