What is this on my hen's foot?

I noticed this on one of my girls yesterday. She has a feather that has always grown there and on top of it there's two bumps that are new. One of the bumps has a small black dot that actually looks worse in the picture.

I'm concerned about bumble foot but there's nothing at the bottom of her foot and she's not limping.

Looks like feathers that got stuck, nothing to worry about unless it gets infected which it is not at the moment.

It looks like a clogged feather follicle to me.
But unless it gets infected I would not start to poke around trying to get the feather and/or clogged dirt out.
