What is up with this double comb?

I'm new to chickens & got 5 new chicks that are about a month old. This one americauna has a double comb. Is this a roo?

Ameraucanas are awesome. Can you try posting a picture of the birds head?
 
Beautiful bird, you may want to post at "what breed or gender is this." I am guessing cockerel because of all the comb development at an early age. I don't know of any breeds with a double comb.

Yea, that is a lot of comb for a young chick, and must be a male. I also agree that it is unique and cool!

Thanks for your help, I really was only wanting hens...anyone want a buttercup cockerel? Ha ha. What should I do now? Do I leave the male(s) with the other chicks until he starts acting up?

He should be fine with them until at least 10-15 weeks of age. During that time you can search for a new home for him, as he is a pretty rare breed and you might just find some takers for him.
