Finally got the woods side of the yard cleared, and my gardens and the hoop coop are getting more sun.

The hens appreciated the change, and were sunbathing, until eager Silas attempted to woo one of the Dominique hens. She was not amused, and left.

I got a couple rows of potatoes dug. Several more await my shovel.

I also found a really nice wedding card for a friend's wedding next weekend.

Figuring out carrying a net into the coop scares off my ornery SS cockerel. He likes to be aggressive with me and this last few days has been awful. He is 6 months old and just started acting a few weeks ago. He has no issue with my husband. We are going to extend their run and believe giving him more room will help. Otherwise he gets put in with the bad cockerels…5 BO and 1 NJG.

Don't charge it above 80% and the battery will last longer. If your phone doesn't have a setting to limit charging to 80%, there are apps available such as Battery Minder to help you monitor it.
